Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 48 hours before arrival for a full refund. No refund for cancellations within 48 hours or no-shows. If the captain determines weather is unsuitable, your trip may be rescheduled or fully refunded. Charters operate in rain unless there is lightning. No refund for early returns unless required for weather or safety.
FAQs
A credit card processing fee applies. Tipping the deckhand, or the captain when no deckhand is aboard, is customary for exemplary service but not required. Clarify the processing-fee amount and any gratuity amount with Greetwell before booking.
Wear weather-appropriate clothing, a hat or sun visor, and closed-toe, soft-soled shoes with grip. Bring sunglasses, sunscreen, lip balm, snacks or lunch, drinks, and a personal cooler for your Bay Fishing charter.
Hydrate and rest well the day before. You may start Dramamine, Bonine, or physician-prescribed medicine the night before and take it as directed on the package.
