The captains here consistently deliver exceptional experiences that keep guests coming back year after year. Several families mention booking multiple trips with the same captain, particularly praising Robbie, Zach, and Leo for their professionalism and local knowledge. These guys go beyond just driving the boat—they actively seek out dolphins and other marine life, provide all necessary water equipment like paddleboards and floats, and time trips perfectly to avoid weather issues. What really stands out is how personalized each trip feels. Captains accommodate different interests, whether that's snorkeling in calm waters, exploring the marina's beautiful homes, or simply relaxing at Crab Island. They bring a laid-back yet capable vibe that helps everyone feel safe and comfortable. Multiple reviewers highlight how captains join guests in the water and use local connections to arrange food and drink deliveries. The combination of spotless boats, quality equipment, and genuinely hospitable guides creates memorable outings for families, couples, and groups alike.
We had our own private cruise! Because of the size of our group, we had the benefit of a house boat with a restroom and a pontoon. SO beneficial because we had 7 children along! Our captains Stephen and Scott were knowledgeable, accommodating and answered ALL my questions promptly! The time went too fast! Great fun and wonderful memories!
