- Children ages 3 and under must wear their own flotation devices; infant flotation devices are not provided.
- The captain/crew fee is not included in the listed price. You'll pay the captain directly at $125 per hour at the end of the charter, using cash or a money-transfer app. This fee covers water, ice, an ice chest, and fuel. Gratuity is separate and not included.
- Nearby parking is paid and is not included in the listed price.
- Do not bring food or drinks containing red dye, including red wine, as they can stain the deck and upholstery.
- Avoid using bronzers for 48 hours before your trip to prevent staining the upholstery.
- Complete the online waiver from your confirmation email and share it with everyone in your party.
- Arrive about 15 minutes early.

Cancellation Policy
Full refund for cancellations more than 14 days in advance; cancellations within 14 days are nonrefundable. For inclement weather, the captain may reschedule or cancel; if the captain cancels, you'll receive a full refund. Weather decisions are made 1 hour before departure, not from forecasts. No refund if you cancel due to forecasted conditions.
