- Expect a captain/crew fee of $125 per hour, paid directly to the captain on charter day; it is not included in the listed price
- Infants ages 3 and under require their own flotation device; none are provided
- Leave red-dye drinks, including red wine and fruit drinks, ashore to avoid staining the deck and upholstery
- Avoid using bronzer for 48 hours before your trip to prevent upholstery stains
- Smoking and drug use are not permitted onboard; vaping is allowed

Cancellation Policy
Cancel more than 14 days in advance for a full refund. Cancellations within 14 days are nonrefundable. Weather decisions are made 1 hour before departure; full refund if the captain cancels due to weather.
