- Check in at the Destin Charter Service booking booth 15 to 20 minutes before departure
- A credit card is required to reserve a shared charter
- A ticket office service fee applies; clarify the amount with Greetwell before booking
- Do not bring glass products or drugs on board
- Bring only monofilament line if using your own tackle; braided line is not allowed
- Children under 5 are strongly discouraged from joining
- Trips operate in rain; the captain determines whether conditions are safe for fishing

Cancellation Policy
Cancel or make changes more than 36 hours before departure for a refund. No-shows are charged in full. If the captain cancels due to thunderstorms with high winds or high seas, you can reschedule or receive a refund.
