Things to know
Guests ages 1–12 must be accompanied by a paying adult 18+; each adult may supervise up to 4 children. Arrive at least one hour before your start; late arrivals may not be accommodated. Cameras and phones are not allowed in animal habitats and encounter programs.
Cancellation Policy
Changes or cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled activity. Cancellations within 48 hours and no-shows are charged in full.
