Refundable until 5 days (120 hours) before departure. Within 5 days, bookings are nonrefundable. Same-day changes or cancellations are nonrefundable. If the operator cancels for unsafe weather or operational reasons, you may reschedule or receive a refund.

Arrive 15 minutes before departure. The boat leaves at the scheduled start time, and late arrivals are treated as no-shows and are not refunded.
Bring a photo ID. You must also present the credit card used to pay for the booking plus matching valid photo identification, and the name on the credit card must match the contact name on the booking.
Wear casual clothes with no high heels. Bring sunscreen and a camera. Bring a jacket if it’s below 70°F, as the breeze can feel chilly.
