Cancellation Policy
Change or cancel up to 72 hours before departure for a full refund. No refund for no-call/no-show, late arrivals, or cancellations within 72 hours. Full refund for cancellations due to dangerous weather if you are unable to reschedule. If you return to the dock 45+ minutes into the tour, time is prorated and refunded for remaining time.
