Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 24 hours before departure for refund eligibility. No refunds for cancellations less than 24 hours before departure or no-shows. If the operator cancels for inclement weather, you'll receive a credit valid for one year, not a refund. For operator cancellations due to other unforeseen circumstances, you'll receive a full refund or credit.
