- Operators born on or after September 1, 1993 require a Texas Boater Safety Course
- Passengers age 13 and under must wear provided life jackets
- No swimming, glass containers, excessive alcohol consumption, loud music, or disruptive behavior
- Follow Texas Parks & Wildlife boating laws and remain in the designated no-wake zone
- A $500 damage deposit applies and is charged to the card on file; unused funds are refunded after damage assessment
- Late returns may incur additional fees
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 48 hours before the rental start time for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours, no-shows, and late arrivals are non-refundable. Severe weather cancellations may be rescheduled or refunded at the operator's discretion.
