Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 10 days ahead for a refund minus 20% or reschedule. No refunds or rescheduling with less notice, for no-shows or on holiday weekends, except operator cancellations. Light rain does not qualify. For operator cancellations due to severe weather or government shutdown, receive a refund minus 20% or a full-value gift card to reschedule. No compensation for late arrivals or early returns.
