- If the boat returns late due to your negligence, a fee of at least $300 applies and is not included in the listed price
- Arrive 30 minutes early on Saturdays and holidays, or 15 minutes early Monday through Friday
- If you arrive late, your rental still ends at the scheduled time

Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 10 days ahead for a refund minus 20% or reschedule. With less notice or a no-show, no refund or reschedule. Holiday weekends are nonrefundable and cannot be rescheduled except for unsafe weather. Light rain does not qualify. If the operator cancels for severe weather or government shutdown, receive a refund minus 20% or a gift card for 100% of your reservation value.
