- Medium-to-advanced boat operating skills are required; drivers must be at least 25 and have prior boat operating experience
- Bring a valid photo ID and valid credit card for the rental
- Drivers born in 1988 or later need a National Association of State Boating Law Administrators-approved boater license
- Expect a $200 security deposit at check-in, not included in the listed price; additional damage charges may apply

- Credit card information may be kept on file for damages or lost articles; a cleaning fee may apply for excessive cleaning
- Passenger weight limit is 325 lbs, with a combined passenger weight limit of 2,300 lbs

Cancellation Policy
Single-day rentals: full refund with at least 7 days' notice. Multi-day rentals: full refund with at least 14 days' notice. Cancellations with less notice are charged in full. Full refund if the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.

Bring towels, non-spray sunscreen, snacks, drinks, and a sweater or jacket during winter. Two coolers are provided.
The driver completes the rental paperwork at check-in, must remain sober, and must watch the required instructional video for rentals without a captain.
