- Do not smoke cigarettes or use drugs on board
- Do not tube, water-ski, or beach the pontoon
- Return on time; returns over 15 minutes late incur a charge not included in the listed price, equal to the hourly rate plus a penalty
- Damage to the watercraft or lost equipment is your financial responsibility
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 48 hours before your reservation for a refund. No refunds for no-shows or cancellations within 48 hours. In foul weather, including steady downpour, lightning, or high winds, reservations will be rescheduled.
