Important details
- A boater's license is required to rent or drive unless you were born before January 1, 1988 and have a valid state-issued driver's license. If using this exemption, present your driver's license at boarding.
- Fuel is not included in the listed price. Return the pontoon with a full tank; you'll cover the refill cost.
- The Gulf of Mexico, Destin, and Alabama are off-limits, and returning after dark is prohibited. A $500 fine applies for each violation.
- Complete the contract and liability waivers before arrival. Time spent completing them on site comes out of your rental time.
- Arrive 30 minutes before departure.

Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 14 days before your rental for a 90% refund (10% cancellation fee). Cancel within 14 days to forfeit your deposit and receive an equal credit as a gift certificate that never expires. You'll receive a full refund if the operator cancels because weather makes the rental unsafe. The operator alone decides whether to cancel for weather.
