- Expect a required 20% captain fee, not included in the listed price, paid directly to the captain at the end of the charter
- Bring a valid ID that matches the name on the credit card used for payment; ID may be checked before or at the charter
- Arrive by your scheduled start time, as charter time begins then and late arrivals or early returns receive no credit
- Expect rain-or-shine operations; start times may be adjusted or charters shortened when conditions are determined unsafe
- Maintain safe, non-disruptive behavior; service may be refused for unruly, excessively intoxicated, or unsafe conduct
Cancellation Policy
Cancel 15+ days before your trip for a full refund. Cancellations 9–14 days before incur a $100 fee plus a 6% booking fee; 3–8 days before are charged 50% plus a 6% booking fee. No cancellations within 72 hours. Full refund minus the non-refundable booking fee if the operator cancels for unsafe weather.

Leave shoes, glass, red wine, glitter, sharp objects, Styrofoam, and messy snacks off the boat. Do not fight, litter, smoke in a way that burns the boat, push or jump while the boat is moving, or dive headfirst in shallow water.
