- A late boat return caused by your negligence carries a minimum $300 charge, not included in the listed price.
- Arrive 35 minutes early on Saturdays and holidays, or 15 minutes early Monday through Friday. Late arrival does not extend your scheduled return time.

Cancellation Policy
With 10 days' notice, receive a refund minus 20% or reschedule. Less notice or no-shows: no refund or rescheduling. Holiday weekends: weather exceptions only. Light rain doesn't qualify; weather decisions use day-of conditions, not forecasts. Operator cancellations for severe weather or government shutdown: refund minus 20% or a full-value gift card to reschedule.
