Cancellation Policy
Cancel more than 48 hours before start for a full refund; 24–48 hours before for a 50% refund. Less than 24 hours before, no refund; reschedule or receive future credit. No-shows receive no refund or credit. Late arrival may shorten or forfeit your ride. If the operator cancels for weather or safety, reschedule or receive a full refund. Approved refunds take 5–7 business days.
