• Minimum rental age: 18. Bring a valid driver’s license.
• Dogs count toward the kayak’s capacity.
• A security deposit, not included in the listed price, will be charged to your card on arrival. If no damage is found, it will be returned within 24–48 hours. Damage may result in additional charges up to the cost of repairs.
• Fuel surcharges are not included in the listed price: $15 for a 2-hour rental or $30 for rentals longer than 2 hours.
• A late-return charge applies and is not included in the listed price.
• Complete a waiver for each person on board. Infants count toward the kayak’s capacity.
• Wear your life jacket while on the dock. Remain on board throughout your rental.
• Return the kayak by your scheduled end time and before closing.
• Arrive 30 minutes before your reservation. If you arrive late, your rental will still end at the originally scheduled time.
