- All minors must be accompanied by a participating adult
- Weight limit: 250 lbs per person and 500 lbs combined per kayak
- Wear a life jacket at all times
- Bring a life jacket for your pet; pets cannot board without one
- Stay within designated navigation areas
- Alcohol and drugs are prohibited; participation may be refused for signs of intoxication
- Sign a liability waiver before beginning
- A rescue or towing fee of at least $50 applies if assistance is needed after ignoring safety boundaries, navigation zones, or wind safety
- Recent surgery, casts, neck, back, arm, or leg conditions, epilepsy, heart conditions, dizziness, and pregnancy are not recommended for participation
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund or rescheduling. For groups of 10+, cancel more than 2 weeks ahead for a full refund or rescheduling; with 1 week's notice, rescheduling only; less than 1 week, no refund or rescheduling. No-shows forfeit the booking. If the operator cancels due to extreme weather, receive a full refund or rescheduling.
