- Use only in calm, near-shore conditions; waves over 3 feet are not permitted
- Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times
- An adult life vest is required with every rental; additional vests are available for $10 each, not included in the listed price
- Complete the online rental waiver before pickup or delivery
- A credit-card authorization hold is placed during the rental period
- For daily rentals, return during business hours or arrange end-of-day or next-day pickup in advance
- Late returns may incur additional daily charges not included in the listed price
- Expect separate delivery fees not included in the listed price: Lakeside $20 and New Buffalo $40; Union Pier delivery is free
- Outside Union Pier, delivery requires at least a 2-day rental
- Delivery is unavailable in Harbert, Sawyer, Bridgman, Grand Beach, Michana, and Indiana
- Rentals left for pickup on the beach incur a $100 charge per rental item, not included in the listed price
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 24 hours before your reservation start time for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours receive a 50% refund. Cancellations after the start time and early returns are non-refundable.
