- Renters must be 18+ and bring valid ID
- Bring valid ID and a credit or debit card for every rider
- Arrive 15–20 minutes early to complete required liability and damage waivers
- Expect cards for group members over 18 to be held during the ride instead of an upfront security deposit
- Expect damage fees to be charged to the card if damage occurs
- Expect late fees for returning the rental late

Full refund with at least 24 hours' notice. Full refund if the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. No-shows are charged the full price.
