Itinerary
Your day runs about 5.5 hours, roughly 10:30 AM to 4:00 PM. Doorstep pickups shift these times a little to reach your address.
Your start time is flexible. 10:30 AM is our standard departure and the one most groups take, but this is a private tour on your own van — tell us your preferred pickup time at checkout and the whole day moves with it. Same stops, same order, same length, same price. The schedule below shows the standard day, and your confirmed itinerary shows your exact times.
- 10:30 AM — We pick you up. Door-to-door from your home, hotel, or Airbnb in our 13-passenger shuttle. One pickup address per booking, and pickup is free across our service area. No driving, no directions, no designated driver.
- 11:15 AM — First winery. Your reserved tasting begins. Plan on about 75 minutes at each stop — enough to work through the flight, walk the grounds, and take a bottle home if something lands. Tasting fees are already covered in your price; there's nothing to pay at the counter.
- 12:45 PM — Second winery. A short hop — Driftwood's tasting rooms sit minutes apart, so you spend the day tasting rather than watching the road. Lunch isn't included on the Classic tour, but several of our stops serve food and there's time to eat. Mention it to your guide in the van and we'll work it into the day.
- 2:15 PM — Third winery. The last pours of the afternoon. Anything you buy goes straight into the cooler on board so it rides home cold.
- 4:00 PM — Home safe. We drop you back at your pickup address.

Important details
- Ages 21+ only. Bring valid photo ID; IDs are checked on the day of the tour, and anyone under 21 will be refused entry with no refund
- A $50 pickup fee applies for Austin or San Antonio groups of 5 or fewer and is not included in the listed price
Cancellation Policy
Cancel 14+ days before start for a full refund. Cancel 13 days to 72 hours before for a reschedule or tour credit; cash refunds aren't available. Inside 72 hours or for no-shows, no refund or credit. Reschedule once free with 72+ hours' notice, subject to availability. Tours run rain or shine. If the tour is canceled for severe or unsafe weather, choose a free reschedule or full refund.
