Cancellation Policy
Cancel or reschedule with no penalty up to 72 hours before your tour. Later cancellations and no-shows are not eligible for a refund. Receive a full refund or reschedule if the operator cancels due to severe weather or safety concerns.

Wear closed-toe shoes; sandals and flip-flops are not allowed. Dress for the weather, and avoid tank tops or shirts that leave your shoulders uncovered because of harness positioning.
