Important details

• A valid driver's license with a motorcycle endorsement is required. Bring it for inspection at arrival.
• Included insurance coverage requires age 21 or older. If you're under 21, a motorcycle-endorsed license and your own comprehensive insurance are required.
• Fuel is not included in the listed price. Return the motorcycle with a full tank of 92-octane gasoline; otherwise, a separate $25 fuel charge applies.
• Damage-related charges are not included in the listed price. You are responsible for motorcycle damage, including vandalism, and rental revenue lost while the motorcycle is out of service. Negligent operation or failure to perform normal maintenance can also make you responsible for mechanical damage.
• Separate charges apply for lost or stolen tools, tires, and accessories, tire changes, and roadside service. You are also responsible for parking, traffic, and other legal fines.
• Separate charges are $50 each for a lost key, flat tire, dead battery, missing registration card, or missing insurance card; $125 for a missing license plate; and at least $100 for a lost or damaged helmet.
• Rental-rule violations can result in deposit forfeiture or additional charges and invalidate insurance coverage. Related claims, expenses, and legal costs are your responsibility. Unpaid charges incur 1% interest per month, plus applicable collection costs.
• Keep the motorcycle on Maui. Only you are authorized to drive it, and all motorcycles are tracked by GPS.
• Follow applicable laws. Do not ride under the influence, race, ride recklessly, tow another vehicle, or transport passengers or property for hire.
• Do not carry surfboards, kayaks, canoes, or gliders. Written permission is required before attaching equipment or other items. Do not sublease or transfer the rental.
• Complete the waiver before riding; you may sign it in person on arrival.
• Check the engine oil at every refueling. Remove the keys and leave the motorcycle locked whenever it is not in use.
• File a police report immediately for any damage and within 2 hours of an accident. Failure to file a report or cooperate can leave you responsible for rental charges until the motorcycle is recovered. If it is missing or stolen, return the keys to avoid continuing rental charges.
• Return the motorcycle in its original condition, allowing for normal wear, and remove your belongings before returning it. A substitute motorcycle may be provided if maintenance requires it.
• Return the motorcycle by its due date and time. Returns 30 minutes or more late incur at least one hour of additional rental charges, separate from the listed price. You may also be responsible for the full value of a subsequent reservation lost because of a late return. Overdue motorcycles are reported to police as missing.
