Important details
- Arrive 15 minutes early for check-in
- Ages 14+ only
- Requires standing throughout the class
- Wear closed-toe shoes for safety
- Sign a waiver for every participant; a legal guardian must sign for participants age 17 and under
- Only registered class participants may enter the studio
- Pick up cooled glass the next day after 10:30am; shipped items may take up to 21 days
Cancellation Policy
Cancel 30 days or more before the class for a 100% refund. Cancellations within 30 days receive a 50% refund. Same-day cancellations are not refunded. Reschedule free 6 or more days before the class; rescheduling within 5 days costs $40.

Wear removable layers—the studio can be very warm. Eat a meal or snack beforehand, and bring water or another beverage to stay hydrated.
Arrive 15 minutes early for check-in. Arrivals more than 15 minutes after the class start time forfeit the class and are considered a no-show.
