Know before you go
- Ages 12+ only
- Ages 12–17 require adult 18+ supervision at all times
- Arrive on time; arrivals 10 minutes late or more may be treated as no-shows and spots may go to walk-in visitors
- Check in at the cafe counter before entering the lounge
- Bring a form of ID and your booking confirmation
- Wear comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes
- Do not bring outside food, drinks, decor, cakes, or pets
- Use hand sanitizer when entering and leaving, and close the first door before opening the second
- Do not wake, pick up, chase, or feed the cats
Cancellation Policy
Cancel or reschedule up to 1 hour before your scheduled time for a full refund. Cancellations within 1 hour are nonrefundable. No-shows are not eligible for a refund or rescheduling.

Cat availability is not guaranteed. A specific cat may no longer be at the cafe or available for adoption during your visit.
Leave large bags and backpacks at home or store them in designated areas upon arrival. Hang coats and large bags in the double doorway when entering the cat lounge.
