Cancellation Policy
Cancel 30+ days before the tour for a 100% refund minus a $20 processing fee; 15–29 days for 80% minus $20; 7–14 days for 50% minus $20; and 0–6 days for no refund. If the operator cancels before the tour starts, receive a 100% refund. No refund applies if dangerous conditions end the tour after it starts.
