- Complete a signed liability waiver before arrival
- Child passengers must be at least 6 years old
- Rider weight limit 325 lbs
- Wear a helmet for the entire e-bike rental
- Stay on paved roads and paths; gravel and dirt routes are not allowed
Cancellation Policy
Full refund with 48 hours' notice. Reservations made within 48 hours are final. Less than 48 hours: $15 fee for half-day, $25 for full-day, or 10% for multi-day. Less than 24 hours: 50% fee. No-shows are charged in full. Full refund if the operator cancels due to weather or unforeseen circumstances.
