Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 2 hours before departure for a full refund. Later cancellations are not refunded and may only be rescheduled. Rescheduling within 1 hour of departure incurs a $20 per-person fee for public tours. If the tour is canceled for poor weather and no suitable reschedule is available, you'll receive a refund.
