- Drivers must be 21+ and carry a current, valid driver's license
- Bring a government-issued ID if you are 18 or older, whether you are driving or riding
- Riders under 18 must have an adult in the vehicle
- Requires fastening the vehicle seat belt
- Drivers must speak and understand English
- Wear the provided helmet and goggles
- Renters are responsible for $3,000 if a machine is damaged
- Stay with your group and guide, and do not enter mines, caves, steep rock faces, or areas your guide marks off-limits
- Arrive 15 minutes before departure
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 24 hours ahead for a refund less $100. No refund within 24 hours. If unsafe weather prevents the tour and you cannot agree to reschedule, you'll receive a full refund.

Yes. Damage responsibility is $3,000 per renter if a machine is damaged. A $25 per-machine protection option lowers it to $1,500; it is not needed for 4WD selections or ride-alongs.
