Important details
- Ages 5+ only; rappelling is for ages 8+ only
- Weight limit: 250 lbs
- If driving through Zion National Park from Springdale or the South Entrance, vehicle limits on the Zion-Mt. Carmel Highway are 35 feet 9 inches long, 7 feet 10 inches wide, 11 feet 4 inches high, and 50,000 lbs. Take a route around the park if your vehicle exceeds any limit.
- Check in 15–20 minutes before departure. Allow extra travel time for park traffic and time changes when crossing state lines; guides cannot wait for late arrivals.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations from booking until 30 days before arrival incur a 10% fee of the total reservation amount. Within 30 days but more than 48 hours before arrival, the fee is 50%. Both fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. No refunds for cancellations within 48 hours of arrival or no-shows.
