Life jackets must be worn at all times. Maximum weight capacity is 550 lbs.
All bookings are non-refundable. Reservations can be rescheduled up to the day before your rental without penalty (excluding weekends). No call/no shows are not eligible for reschedule. If weather delays or cuts your reservation short, the booking will be rescheduled for another day.
What do I need to bring for check-in?
Please bring your driver’s license for check-in. All renters must be 18 years of age or older and show proof of age.
Can I use my own life jacket?
Yes. Life jackets are included and must be worn at all times, but you may use your personal US Coast Guard Approved life jacket.
Do I need to complete a waiver before I arrive?
Yes. Please complete waivers online prior to arrival. You do not need to print your signed waivers.
What is your weather policy?
If your booking is delayed, needs to be rescheduled, or is cut short due to weather, it will be rescheduled for another day.
