Important details
- Rental orders have an 11:30 AM cutoff unless otherwise specified
- Delivery is limited to vacation rentals within Edisto Beach town limits
- Sign the required waiver before delivery; late waiver completion moves delivery to the following day and delivery fees apply
- Do not ride bikes on the beach
- Have bikes rinsed, free of sand, and accessible for pickup by 9:00 AM on the final rental day
- Expect service charges if pickup requirements are not met
- Follow Edisto Beach bike laws and rental policies; violations can result in repossession without refund
- Damage charges will be charged to the card on file
Cancellation Policy
Cancel within 24 hours of booking for a full refund. Cancellations made more than 24 hours after booking are non-refundable. No refunds for early returns, late arrivals, weather that allows safe operation, or violations of rental policies or town laws. Severe weather is reviewed case by case.
