Things to Know

All drivers must be 25 years of age or older with a valid driver’s license and must present proof of personal auto insurance, which will serve as the primary coverage. Can the UTVs be taken off-roading?

Off-roading is not allowed. For customer safety and to maintain the integrity of the UTVs, all vehicles must remain on approved motor trails.

What happens if the vehicle is returned muddy?

If a vehicle is returned muddy as a result of off-roading, a $250 cleaning fee will be charged.

What if the vehicle is returned late?

If a customer is running late, they should call the company as soon as possible. Extensions may be available depending on vehicle availability and are charged at the standard rate, but customers must call ahead to confirm.

Does the gas tank need to be refilled?

Yes. Customers are required to return the vehicle with a full tank of gas.

Is a deposit required?

A deposit is not typically collected. However, depending on local circumstances at the time of rental (such as recent thefts impacting small businesses), the company may place a temporary hold of up to $500 on a credit or debit card or require a cash deposit. The card will only be charged if an incident occurs that the customer is responsible for.

Are the UTVs enclosed?

Yes, during colder months (November through March, and sometimes into early April at the company’s discretion), soft side enclosures are added. These can be rolled up for more openness. All units already include a front windshield and roof.
