Know before you go
- A minimum of 4 people is required per private reservation
- Ages 10 to 60 only
- Requires excellent physical condition and walking unassisted on uneven surfaces
- Not available for pregnant travelers or those with prior injuries, health problems, or overweight
- Bring a driver's license or birth certificate to verify age
- Complete the digital waiver before the tour
- Wear a bathing suit and sneakers with good grip; bring a towel and dry clothes
- Crocs, sandals, slides and water shoes are not permitted
- Be ready at your scheduled pickup time; drivers wait up to 10 minutes
- Cruise itineraries require departure after 1:30 PM for the morning tour or after 6:30 PM for the afternoon tour
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 24 hours before start for a full refund. No refund for cancellations within 24 hours, and changes within 24 hours are not accepted. If canceled due to poor weather or if the minimum number of travelers is not met, you'll be offered a different date or a full refund.
