Pickup & Welcome: You will be picked up at your preferred hotel, resort, residence, Airbnb or cruise port in San Juan, Isla Verde or Condado (hotels in Rio Grande or Fajardo may require a nearby meeting point).

Scenic Drive to El Yunque: Enjoy a panoramic drive through the northeast where coast and rainforest merge.

Important details
- Ages 10–60 only
- Requires excellent physical condition and walking unassisted on uneven surfaces
- Not available during pregnancy or for travelers who are overweight, have previous injuries, or have health problems
- Bring a license or birth certificate to verify age
- Complete a digital waiver before the tour starts
- Wear a bathing suit and sneakers with good grip; Yeezy slides, Crocs, sandals, and water shoes are not allowed
- Bring a towel and an extra set of clothes
- Be ready at the assigned pickup time; drivers wait up to 10 minutes
- For cruise arrivals, your ship must depart after 1:30 PM for the morning tour or after 6:30 PM for the afternoon tour
Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before start. No refund or changes within 24 hours. If canceled due to poor weather or minimum traveler requirements, you'll be offered a different date or experience, or a full refund.
