    Things to know

    Delivery occurs between 8 AM and 11 AM on your first day; pickup is the morning after your last reserved day. Return all equipment to the original drop-off spot. Do not take e-bikes on the beach or leave them in the rain.

    Cancellation policy

    Free cancellation with 24 hours’ notice. Full refund if the operator cancels. No refunds within 24 hours or after delivery.
