Important details
- Renters must be 18 or older. Riders under 18 require supervision by a parent or guardian.
- Solid bike control and comfort balancing on uneven ground are required. Eligibility depends on your ability, size, and experience. Staff assess these at check-in through a brief skills check; you may be denied participation if you cannot demonstrate safe control.
- The E-Ride Pro 2.0, Falcon GT, and Falcon Pro require a minimum height of 5'3". The larger, heavier Sur-Ron Ultra Bee is best for experienced riders, with a recommended height of 5'7" or taller.
- The Rawrr Mantis Mini R17 is for riders ages 10 and older who are under 5'1" tall.
- Bring a photo ID.
- A separate security hold, not included in the listed price, is authorized on the card on file at pickup: $250 per bike or $500 for the Ultra Bee, capped at $1,500 per group. The hold is released promptly after the bikes are returned in good condition.
- Additional fees may apply for reckless riding, intentional bike misuse, or leaving designated riding areas. These fees are not included in the listed price.
- Complete Utah's off-highway vehicle safety course before riding. Adults complete the adult course; riders under 18 must complete the Youth Safety Course.
- Complete a waiver on your phone before departure.
- Stay within designated riding areas. On local roads used to reach trailheads, observe the 25 mph speed limit and posted signs. Do not perform wheelies in parking lots or ride on park grass or landscaped areas.
- Arrive 15–30 minutes early for gear fitting, safety preparation, and check-in.
Cancellation Policy
Cancel or reschedule at least 72 hours before your ride with no additional fee; the deposit is non-refundable. No refund within 72 hours or for no-shows. If the operator cancels for weather, you get a full refund. If an Angels Landing permit conflicts with your ride, the operator will try to reschedule; if that isn't possible, you get a refund. Provide proof of your permit.
