- Arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled start time
- Ages 13+ only; no one under 13 may enter the premises
- Ages 13–17 require an adult to remain on the premises during the session
- Bring valid photo ID if you are the accompanying adult; it must match the waiver
- Complete the electronic waiver before your session
- Wear tennis shoes or work boots with no visible heel; sandals, flats, clogs, and heels are not allowed
- Wear approved shoes even if you are only watching
- Bring only clean outside items; staff must inspect them before smashing
- A $5 per-item fee, not included in the listed price, applies to electronics you bring
Cancellation Policy
No cancellations. Reschedule free 24+ hours before; a $25 fee applies with 4+ hours' notice on the day, or $35 with under 4 hours' notice. Late arrivals may shorten your session or incur fees; arriving 10+ minutes after start forfeits your reservation. No-shows are charged full price.
