Important details
- Minimum age to operate an e-bike: 14. Ages 14–17 require a parent or guardian riding along and a waiver signed on their behalf.
- Height requirement: 5'0"–6'6" (152–198 cm). Weight limit: 300 lb.
- Requires confidently controlling a bicycle and mounting, dismounting and balancing without assistance. Training wheels and limited-mobility devices are not available.
- Not recommended during the third trimester of pregnancy or with serious heart, back, knee or balance conditions. Consult your physician before booking if these apply.
- The paved trail may include short wooden bridges; use caution if you have vertigo or a severe fear of heights.
- Bring a photo ID.
- No pets on e-bikes or in trailers.
- Bring a credit card to check-in; debit cards are not accepted on site.
- Staff gratuities are not included in the listed price.
- You are responsible for traffic citations, personal belongings and bike damage caused by misuse or negligence.
- Wear the provided helmet while riding. Complete the waiver and bring the rental agreement from your confirmation email.
- Alcohol or drug impairment results in ride denial without refund.
- Trail conditions, construction or special events may require detours. Unsafe weather may require rides to be modified or paused.
- Arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled rental time for check-in, bike fitting and the safety briefing.
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 72 hours before your rental for a full refund. Within 72 hours, receive a 50% refund or reschedule. Less than 24 hours: no refund; one reschedule allowed. No-shows are non-refundable. Rentals run rain or shine. If the operator cancels for unsafe weather or an emergency closure, choose a full refund or one reschedule.

Yes. Ages 5–13 can ride on a tandem or cargo e-bike rather than operate their own e-bike. Either upgrade costs an additional $15.
Wear comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes. Bring water, sunglasses, sunscreen and weather-appropriate layers, plus a fully charged phone for navigation. Bring a charger to charge your phone on the bike.
Yes. The shop has restrooms, free filtered cold-water refills and a phone charging station.
