- Arrive at least 30 minutes before departure
- Requires climbing a 4-foot ladder up and down unassisted; impaired mobility cannot be accommodated
- Limit each person to one overnight bag, one personal item, and one set of skis or snowshoes
- Animals are not allowed on the snowcat
- Sleds, toboggans, play pens, fat-tire bikes, and other large equipment are not allowed
- Accept the snowcat travel liability release and inherent risks, including severe winter weather, delays, uneven surfaces, and limited emergency access

If transportation cannot reach the resort within 24 hours of scheduled check-in because of weather or operational issues, choose to reschedule or receive a full refund.

Do not plan to leave a car overnight. Public parking is limited, a valid Sno-Park permit is required, and winter storms may bury vehicles.
