- Ages 21+ only to rent, with a valid driver’s license
- All passengers must sign a waiver before boarding
- Children 12 and under must wear a life jacket at all times
- No fishing, pets, or towing of tubes, skiers, or other equipment
- Keep the boat at least 30 feet from shore; do not pull it onto shore or near hot springs
- Observe the lake speed limit of 10 MPH
- You are responsible for damages, injuries, or death while using the rental boat

Cancellation Policy
Receive a refund less 10% with at least 30 days' notice. No refunds for early departure or weather conditions, including rain or wind.
