The time listed is your launch time (not your pickup time). If you meet at Willow Beach, arrive 15 minutes before your launch time. If you booked hotel pickup, pickup varies and is typically about 1.5 hours before your tour; you can expect return around 5pm.
Wear sun protection (hat, sunglasses, sunscreen) and dress for conditions. You can swim, so bring a bathing suit. Wear proper footwear for rocky beaches; you will get your feet wet getting in and out of the kayaks. Hiking sandals or water shoes work well; avoid flip flops.
