Cancel at least 2 hours before departure for a full refund. Cancellations less than 2 hours before departure are not refunded and may only be rescheduled. Rescheduling within 1 hour is subject to a $100 rebooking fee for private tours. Tours may be canceled for inclement weather; if no suitable reschedule is available, a refund is issued.
