Cancellation Policy
Full refunds are available for cancellations made at least 24 hours before departure. Same-day bookings are non-refundable and cannot be changed. No-shows and late arrivals are charged in full and are not refunded or rescheduled. Full refund if the operator cancels due to weather or unforeseen circumstances.

Participation may be denied without a refund for appearing under the influence of alcohol or substances, or for aggressive, disrespectful, or unsafe behavior.
