Cancellation Policy
Full refunds are available for cancellations made at least 24 hours before departure. Full refund if the operator cancels due to weather or unforeseen circumstances. Same-day bookings are non-refundable and cannot be changed. No-shows and late arrivals are non-refundable.

Participation may be denied without a refund for appearing under the influence of alcohol or substances, or for aggressive, disrespectful, or unsafe behavior.
