Cancellation Policy
Full refunds are available for cancellations made at least 24 hours before departure. Same-day bookings are non-refundable and cannot be changed. No-shows and late arrivals are charged in full and are not refunded or rescheduled. Full refund if the operator cancels due to weather or unforeseen circumstances.

Every participant must sign a waiver before riding. Each adult completes their own waiver, and minors must be included under a parent, legal guardian, or responsible adult.
Participation may be denied without a refund for appearing under the influence of alcohol or substances, or for aggressive, disrespectful, or unsafe behavior.
