Gratuity for your guide is not included. Be at the office in Kanab 15 minutes prior to departure.
Cancel at least 24 hours before the tour for a refund minus $100. For online bookings, a 6% booking fee on the sub-total is non-refundable. Cancel in less than 24 hours: no refund and balance due may be charged. Unsafe weather cancellations are fully refunded if not rescheduled and agreed by both parties.
Use Utah Mountain Time. Utah time may differ from Las Vegas, Nevada or Page, Arizona depending on Daylight Savings.
Bring a backpack (day-pack), and consider snacks. Depending on the time of year, bring a coat and warm hat. Sunscreen, a hat, sunglasses, and comfortable hiking/walking shoes are recommended.
You get bottled water and a cooler full of water. You may want to bring snacks, and bring snacks or lunch depending on the length of your tour.

Our guide (Shelly) was knowledgeable, friendly, and clearly passionate about the park—sharing interesting history, geology, and local insights that we never would have learned on our own. The scenery was absolutely breathtaking, and having a guide made it even more special because we were shown hidden viewpoints and less crowded spots. We also felt very safe and well taken care of throughout the entire experience. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Bryce, whether it’s your first time or you’ve been before. It’s a fantastic way to truly appreciate the beauty and significance of the park.
