    Important details

    • Ages 4+ only
    • Children 10 and younger must ride with an attentive parent
    • Travelers over 250 lbs should reserve two seats; each sled has a 500 lb maximum combined weight
    • Wear a warm jacket, hat, scarf, mittens, and warm footwear; snow pants are recommended
    • Rides require at least 8 inches of packed snow, and windchill advisories may affect operation
    • Arrive 15 minutes before departure; arrivals more than 10 minutes late cannot join the tour

    Cancellation Policy

    Cancel at least 24 hours before your tour for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours and no-shows are not refunded. If the tour is canceled because of weather or trail conditions, including temperatures of −25°F or colder, you will receive a full refund.

    No. Sled rides are available from November through March.

    No. Transportation to and from the kennel is not included, so arrange your own ride for the dog sled experience.

    For participants age 10 and younger, sled rides are canceled when the temperature reaches −10°F or colder.
