Explore Interior Alaska on a guided walk through boreal forest overlooking the Goldstream Valley. Meet a small team of working Alaskan Gold Rush Huskies at their homestead kennel.

Important details

• Ages 6+ only; children under 6 may accompany an adult if they can hike 3 miles or are carried
• Children under 12 must accompany an adult
• Requires walking or hiking approximately 2–3 miles with minimal elevation gain
• Wear closed-toe footwear such as rain boots, lace-up hiking boots, or winter snow boots
• Sandals, open-toe shoes, and mesh shoes are not suitable
• General strollers and wagons are not suitable for the trail
• Expect bugs, mud, dog poop, and possible snow
