Cancellation Policy
Full refund for cancellations more than 30 days before your tour. Cancel 14–30 days before for a 50% refund if no alternate date is available. No refunds within 14 days. Full refund if the operator cancels.
FAQs
Bring boots, hand and toe warmers, extra wool socks, mittens or gloves, a hat and scarf that cover your ears, sunglasses, and any extra food or drinks you want.
Bring backup batteries and a tripod for an interchangeable-lens camera. Bring a charger, cables, or a battery bank for your phone, as electronics drain quickly in the cold. Photography help is included.
