- This experience involves long drives, potentially more than 3 hours one way, and may include snowshoeing

- Expect the tour to operate in cold and cloudy conditions; aurora sightings are not guaranteed
- For properties more than 15 miles from Fairbanks airport, an additional fuel charge applies and is not included in the listed price
Cancellation Policy
Full refund for cancellations more than 30 days before the tour. From 14 to 30 days before, receive a 50% refund if a date change is unavailable. No refunds within 14 days. If the operator cancels for any reason, you may reschedule or receive a full refund.

Sign the waiver before your tour.
Bring boots, hand and toe warmers, extra wool socks, mittens or gloves, a hat, scarf, and any extra food or drinks you want. Bring a phone charger, cables, or battery bank, as electronics drain quickly in the cold.
Bring your camera and backup batteries if you want aurora photography help. Bring a tripod for your camera or phone; camera and tripod rentals are also available as add-ons.
